Features: The space utilization ratio of site is higher than that of ground stack, and the automation level is still lower.
The cost of equipment is low (only forklift, rack, no need for automation and other hardware equipment);
The height of workshop space can be used up to 8-10m (specific on-demand design).
1.3 Pallet rack + VNA forklift storage
The storage mode of pallet rack + VNA forklift is that goods are stacked on pallets, and then pallets are placed on VNA forklift. Compared with the storage mode of pallet rack + forklift, the storage mode of pallet rack + VNA forklift is different from that of forklift with narrow aisles. The width of forklift aisle between the rack is smaller, and the utilization rate of space is greatly improved.
Features: The space utilization ratio of the site is higher than that of the storage mode of pallet rack + forklift
The cost of equipment is low (only forklift, rack, no need for automation and other hardware equipment);
Forklift operation is more difficult than ordinary forklift, safety needs attention.
